S H E G O G 's is located at 3314 Ridge Road, Lansing, IL 60438 right in the heart of downtown Lansing. We are near the Lansing outdoor venue Fox Pointe! Our facility is also in close proximity to I94, I394, and I80 expressways.

Our facility provides over 2000 square feet of open space, including a large stage, for your dance and fitness activities. The facility is available from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Saturday. We will go above and beyond for you!

Our rental fees are determined by the type of activity, the number of hours you are booking, and the day of the week/time of your event. Contact us today to discuss your proposal for renting our space.

OUR SPECIALS
We offer a 10% discount on space rentals for dance and fitness classes to all Lansing residents!. We also offer discounts to personal trainers for multiple day bookings. Additional special rates are offered during the year!
